We collect the following data when you use SwarmGrid:

  • Account data: Email address and GitHub username (provided via Clerk authentication)
  • API keys: Your Cursor API key, stored encrypted. We cannot decrypt it without your passphrase.
  • Job and run data: Template names, repository URLs, branch names, PR links, status, and metadata
  • Template data: Templates you create, their prompts, config, and usage statistics
  • Usage data: Template installs, usage events, and report data

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • Authenticate you and manage your account
  • Orchestrate agents and display job/run status
  • Store and serve templates you create or install
  • Respond to support requests
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Clerk: Authentication (email, GitHub OAuth). See Clerk's Privacy Policy
  • Neon: Database hosting (Postgres)
  • Cursor API: Agent orchestration
  • GitHub: Repository access (via your OAuth token)
  • Vercel: Hosting and deployment

5. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication and session management. See our Cookie Policy for details.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Job and run data are kept to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights. EU and UK users have additional rights under GDPR; California users have rights under CCPA.

8. Security

We use encryption for sensitive data (including your Cursor API key). We implement security measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
